Is VOLIFE easy to install?
Yes. That’s because there is NOTHING to install at your premises. VOLIFE is
‘cloud-based’ which means it operates very much like a website. Once we have
set it up and launched your platform, it is live and ready to use. It couldn’t be easier!
What about support for VOLIFE?
That’s all taken care of. You simply head to our dedicated support hub, report any
issues or ask any questions, and you’ll receive a reply within 24 hours, usually sooner.
You can track your request through the process, and be sure it is being handled.
Does VOLIFE require any special licences?
Not at all. You will be licenced by us to operate your VOLIFE system, and all
information carried by your platform will be compliant with current privacy legislation.
What about VOLIFE training?
Once your platform is up and running, we’ll arrange a
convenient date to run a full training session with the team who’ll be using it.
This is conducted over ZOOM and recorded for your convenience.
Does VOLIFE provide reports & stats?
Absolutely! As much data as you could ever need, from number of applications
to locations, most popular opportunities to visitors’ activities — it’s all visible
on your VOLIFE platform. And invaluable when you’re compiling funding bids,
annual reports, and targeting. Naturally, all this information is exclusive to you and
your staff, and only accessible with a password.
Do I have to share the VOLIFE system?
Absolutely not. Your VOLIFE is yours, and only yours. It only carries opportunities
from your clients, and information about your organisation. We will never offer other
groups space on your platform, and you are always in control. In fact, your VOLIFE
can carry your own logo on the header of its pages if you like.
What about a VOLIFE app?
We wouldn’t dream of ignoring the need for an app. After all, they are increasingly
the tools everybody uses to manage their lives.
So, we have also built the VOLIFE app, which carries all the features of the web platform,
but designed to work seamlessly with iPhones and Android devices, including tablets.
